The method of calculating the roughness gear teeth depending on parameters meshing gears at rolling friction with slippage. A model for equilibrium surface in form a truncated cone, made basis spherical model. Methods determining technological protrusion; calculation depth implementation protrusion counter body; assessment pattern change module, load meshing. evaluating ratio actual and nominal contact area degree relative slip between gears, changes module gear.
